Oluwole Adeoye has worked as an Audit Senior with Ernst and Young from 1993 to 1996. He then joined British Airways where he rose to the position of Head Internal Control in West Africa and Financial Analysis Manager in charge of budget preparation and implementation in West Africa within 5 years. In 2006, he was appointed as the Regional Finance Manager for West Africa (the first non-expatriate in over 20 years).
In this role, he re-engineered the Finance Department, redefined the roles and changed the structure of the department. A structure that was later adopted across Central Asia, South Asia, Middle East and Africa. Over the next 5 years, he successfully projects managed the hubbing of Ghana and Nigeria Finance processes into the South Africa hub. He was thereafter appointed as a member of the committee that harmonized Finance procedures in British Airways across Asia Pacific and Africa.
In 2012, He joined Etihad Airways as a pioneer staff and Finance Manager. He designed the accounting operations for the organization and later proceeded on transfer to the UK office. He left Etihad Airways in 2018 to establish Eikon Support Services, providing financial consultancy services within the Aviation and Hospitality industries. He is presently the Chief Executive.
Wole is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with more than 20 years post qualification experience.
